Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 small onion, sliced finely
1/2 lemon, sliced finely
1 lemon zest,
1/2 lemon juice
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 120°C. Meanwhile, create a lemon and onion on a skillet.
2. Brush the salmon with the oil. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with the brown sugar and zest. Place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
3. Plate the salmon, deglaze skillet with lemon and olive oil and use as sauce
